Human Test Script

Core walk

  • Open the prototype hub and launch Variation 1.
  • Walk loading, portfolio overview, selected row preview, no-AFPS, and blocking diagnostic states.
  • Select each path row and inspect route-safe versus route-suppressed reasoning.
  • Capture screenshots, timing, friction notes, and keep/reject decisions.

Acceptance signals

  • Active and parallel paths are clear without raw source-file reading.
  • Warning, blocked, and suppressed states are visible before continuation.
  • Empty and blocking states avoid false confidence.
  • The reviewer can name concrete consolidation decisions.

Click-By-Click Walkthrough

  1. Open prototypes/afps-tracker/index.html, then click Open variation 1.
  2. Click Loading scan, capture scan/local-source evidence, then click Finish fixture scan.
  3. On Portfolio overview, capture the source-health strip and counts.
  4. Click AFPS Tracker, Exec Loop Tracker, Skill Pack Catalog, and Local Pitwall; for each row, inspect selected-preview status, trust, warnings, action enablement, and route-suppression reason.
  5. For selectable rows, click Continue to verify path and record Exit placeholder: selected path ID, trust, warnings, and diagnostic refs would route to uf-verify-selected-path.
  6. Click Inspect source health and record Exit placeholder: source-health details would route to the diagnostics or provenance sibling flow.
  7. Click No-AFPS state, verify Continue disabled - no source-backed path, capture checked-source evidence, then click Return to populated fixture.
  8. Click Blocking diagnostics, select AFPS Tracker, verify Continue to verify path is disabled, and capture blocker evidence.
  9. Finish by filling the Variation 1 result log and recording MVP-scope decisions for Trust-First Source Health, Diagnostics-First Recovery, Portfolio-Map Grouping, and Command/Resume-First Orientation.

Handoff Verification

Handoff verification: manual-uat-needed; $consolidate-prototypes is blocked until evidence is recorded for Variation 1 and every approved sibling branch has an explicit MVP-scope decision.
