Kanban Skill Validation (Complete)

Goal: Manually walk through each kanban skill to verify it works correctly before adopting across active projects.

Steps

• [x] Manual walkthrough of kanban skills — run each skill against this repo with a real test board

On Completion

• Deviations from plan: None — all skills passed. /kanban-archive had no archivable cards (board <2 days old), which is correct behavior for the 30-day threshold.
• Tech debt / follow-ups: "Input validation layer" card orphaned from roadmap phases (from ideas.md). Backslash LIKE escape still unhandled (Phase 7 scope).
• Ready for next phase: Yes — Phase 6 (Testing Hardening I). 2 Todo cards already on the board.
