My own flag: the portfolio has one repeating failure mode — heavy motion right up to the single hard finishing step, then a stop. The checkout gets everything except the charge; riverhawk built everything except a customer; alignmeant designed everything except the decision. This is not a capacity problem (Omega War proves the engineering is excellent) — it is a finishing-discipline problem. So today's plan is deliberately weighted to finishing: one no-code charge, two deploys of done work, one publish, and hard gates on the avoidance patterns. We are not starting anything new.
